I have been successfully helping people get on track with their Careers for many years and here’s what I want you to know: There is absolutely no reason why you should spend years showing up for a job that doesn’t inspire you, feel demoralized because you’ve lost your job or overwhelmed that you have to find a job.
In their Harvard Business Review article, Yasmina Khelfi and Irina Cozma say: “Many people wait until they move into a leadership role, like becoming a first-time manager, to look into career coaching. But having a coach earlier in your career can accelerate your path to that leadership role by helping you develop skills that are critical to your career progression.”
I believe that ANYONE wanting to get onto a career path, wanting to transition their career to a new path or looking to level up their career, should work with a Career Coach. Coaching is no longer just for executives. We now have demonstrable proof that it can focus and accelerate the trajectory of your Career. Everyone can benefit from it!

My Career Counseling sessions will help you:
- Identify your strengths, skills and experience
- Develop a powerful Resume and Cover Letter
- Develop a clear and effective Plan of Action for finding a job
- Develop excellent Interview Skills! This is critical because, ‘how’ you present yourself, IS part of the message. No matter how great your Resume is, if your Interview skills don’t match the quality of your Resume, you won’t get hired. With my Interview training process, you will go into your Interview with more knowledge, confidence, and a greatly improved ability to give a first class interview.

The approach I take, which is quite different from how most people put together Resumes, Cover Letters and approach Interviews, is yielding hard-to-ignore results. In 2019, the year before Covid hit and scrambled the job market, 95% of my Career Counseling clients were hired in their preferred job! So far this year, the results have been equally as great!
My clients are repeatedly being told that their Resumes, Cover Letters and Interview Skills are ‘Outstanding’, but most important of all, they’re being hired……and that’s all the proof I need to know that this process works.
I want you to wake up in the morning, happy to go to work, confident in your abilities, and proud of what you’re doing with your Life! We ALL need help from a Coach or Mentor when we’re leveling up and I consider it a sign of intelligence to know when you need support and reach out for it.
