03 Feb For greater Fulfillment, should your Career Path be Multifaceted?
Posted at 16:04h
Thankfully, we no longer live in a time where you have to limit yourself to one career focus for your ENTIRE life.
You are a multifaceted, multi-talented and multi-skilled being who is in a continual state of growth and evolution. In fact, your brain needs to be stimulated with new things in order to grow new neural connections and therefore stay healthy/vital.
So, you know those hobbies, passions, ideas and interests you have? Well, take them off the ‘it’s not realistic’ back burner, and consider putting them on one of the front burners of your life. The more opportunities you take to give different aspects of yourself a chance to be explored, trained, expressed and realized, the happier and more fulfilled of a human being you will be.
Come out from the shadows. Take chances, Invest in training. Express yourself. Don’t worry about what others will think. Do this for yourself!
Consider your Career path as just that, a Path that you journey on. Create one that allows you to: experience many things, be challenged, captivates your attention, ignites your curiosity, allows you to develop new interests and skills, and fills you with wonderment as you grow into the fullest expression of a human being you can be.
Key takeaway: Create a Career Path that allows you to express who you are today, not who you were 10, 20, 30 years ago.
